From the moment I booked my viewing, his communication was excellent; friendly, clear, and prompt. He even called me just 20 minutes after my first viewing to check how it went, which made me feel genuinely valued as a client. Throughout the process, he answered every one of my many questions with patience and detail, no matter how small they seemed. His knowledge of the property was spot on, and his timely updates meant I was never left wondering what was happening next. 4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.
