Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.

The very kindly contacted the person in question, who in turn contacted me back. They didn't need to help, but they did so and I'm very grateful for that.
17th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!- 17th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Hamptons were great, very helpful, professional and made renting as low stress as possible. In particular Ben was amazing. So proactive, helpful, and personable. Thank you so much.

Makes letting a property extremely easy with the assurance that all the required legal documentation has been supplied and completed professionally and correctly!! 5 years later and we just sold our house with Paul. Top notch service all the way! He helped us find the right purchasers and ensured the sale went through as quickly and as smoothly as possible! Always ready to go the extra mile to make it as simple as possible. I can’t rate them enough!!
5th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

They went the distance and were extremely helpful in the selling of my Great Aunt's house. Cedric met with me to discuss the sensitive issue and showed compassion to my Great Aunt. The other estate Agents did not do that. I met with different members of his Team along the way and they were All professional and helped with the various tricky issues that cropped up. I would definitely use them again, if i needed to do so.
