   I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all ....    What an awful experience I’ve had with Mr Homes. Although the team was initially efficient in finding a tenant and completing the referencing, everything that followed was deeply disappointing. Communication after the contract was signed became appalling, and the agents demonstrated a clear lack of competence regarding the bond protection process.<br><br>It took the agent 11 days to provide me with a copy of the contract, despite repeated requests. This delay meant the bond protection had to be completed at the last minute. Instead of acknowledging their own failure to supply the required information, they sent me a threatening, legally?worded email, which was entirely inappropriate given the circumstances.<br><br>Despite this, I remained patient and attempted to work with them to resolve the issue.<br><br>Despite this, I remained patient and attempted to work with them to resolve the issue. It became apparently that the agent simply could not understand how the bond protection process works, so the CEO became involved.<br><br>Unfortunately, the CEO’s involvement made matters worse. He spoke to me on the phone in a patronising, condescending and dismissive manner, clearly assuming I was ignorant of the process and showing no awareness of the events leading up to his involvement.<br><br>While the agent’s mistakes could be attributed to inadequate training, the CEO’s prejudicial demeanour and belittling tone reflect a deeper cultural problem within the organisation, one that cannot be resolved through training alone.<br><br>Update: I have submitted a formal complaint with supporting evidence. The delays referenced in the CEO’s response were caused by the company not providing the tenancy agreement for 11 days post contract execution, despite repeated requests.    I had a mixed experience with this office.<br><br>Some viewings felt rushed, and on one occasion the wrong keys meant we had to rearrange.<br><br>David at the Whitchurch branch was excellent - helpful and genuinely friendly. He even helped us measure rooms for our final viewing.<br><br>Sarah Bunting, the sales progressor, was also outstanding. Her persistence and responsiveness helped keep things moving and played an important role in completing a difficult sale.<br><br>Unfortunately, the day we arrived at the store to finally collect the keys was an underwhelming experience - the mood in the office was dour and unfriendly.<br><br>Overall, a mixed experience but my sincere thanks to Sarah and David, who were excellent and deserve recognition....
