She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel under any pressure.<br><br>Safi was very kind, approachable, and knowledgeable, and her excellent communication made the viewing an enjoyable experience. I really appreciated her helpful attitude and the time she took to ensure I had all the information I needed.<br><br>I would highly recommend Safi to anyone looking for a property. Thank you again for your outstanding service!

7th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.
23rd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.

She didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what would maximise my chances of selling at a good price. I followed all her advice and sold at a better price than I’d dreamed of.

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

31st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!
1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)So far the team at Hern and Crabtree have been excellent. Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.

Leah understood our situation and respected that we needed a quick and stress-free service, with plenty of communication.<br><br>Leah was a pleasure to deal with, and even after finding a mortgage we were happy with, she continued to work in the background to find even better options. She met our every need and was so friendly and accommodating throughout. After struggling for years, she was able to find us a great deal with a good provider, and process our remortgage in record speed.
