Profile Homes marketed and sold our property and are top class estate agents, we have no hesitation in recommending them, and have already done so, to our friends interested in selling. Some of the brilliant things they did: They accurately and beautifully marketed our property and constantly monitored online interest, occasionally changing our online information to increase uptake. They filtered out tyre kickers and did accompanied viewings. This meant we could carry on with things like holidays not worrying we were missing out on potential buyers. They always gave immediate feedback from viewings and guided us on any offers made. They liaised with our solicitors and other Agents in a chain of properties below us. We are a retired couple and were selling our property to down size, and our sale would have always involve a chain. Without Sue and Les the long chain would not have completed successfully, they know the business and worked wonders. Selling and buying property always involves costs, but their bill is one cost we are indeed very happy to pay! Thank you Sue and Les you have been wonderful.

21st May 2026 (22 days ago)Failed to put offers to the owner and laughed down the phone at the offers. Property then went on to sell for less than my offer. How you treat someone is how you treat everyone.
18th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Richards Estate Agents sold our property, and despite the sales falling through on 3 occasions, Ken found buyers quickly, and was always supportive. We'd recommend Richards over all of the larger estate agents in the area, and would definitely use them again if we ever need to sell a property- 24th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Aled from Falcon (he is Falcon) is a great host to your potential buyers! he has many, many years of experience. He has vast knowledge of local areas as he is a lifelong local himself. He has experience in property itself and has a decent level of seeing a problem that an average buyer might not see, he's very honest, if he thinks you have exceeded the price of your property when selling he will politely. advise, he is not pushy, he is very witty and we love his company. He sold our house the first day of viewings. We highly recommend Aled Falcon. ?????

29th Jan 2026 (19 weeks ago)Had a viewing, Jonathan turned up an hour late. Made a close to asking price offer. Poor communication from Jonathan. A week or so of us chasing and him saying he hasn’t got an answer yet. And then nothing. Ignoring our calls and texts. Completely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this man! Looks like he’s had many companies in the past. Hiding something or just completely unfit as an estate agent
