Cafwyd cyngor a chymorth bob cam o’r ffordd ac roedd yr ymateb i ymholiadau yn gyflym a chynhwysfawr. Yn aml mae rhywbeth annisgwyl yn codi, ac fe ddigwyddodd mwy nag unwaith yn ystod y broses o werthu, ond fe sicrhaodd ymateb proffesiynol a phrofiad Aled a Seren fod y gwerthiant yn mynd yn ei flaen yn llwyddiannus. Bob amser yn barod i gael sgwrs dros y ffon neu yn y swyddfa.<br><br>Thank you to Aled Ellis and Seren for their invaluable work in selling the house. From the very first discussion to the completion of sale, the personal service was second to none. Advice and support were provided at every stage of the process and the responses to questions were prompt and comprehensive. The process is not always smooth and when the unexpected happen, as it did more than once, their professionalism and experience ensured a successful sale. They were always happy to chat over the phone or when I visited the office.
9th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

14th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

30th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)From the moment I engaged the services of Dawsons to sell a property, everything ran very smoothly.<br>Sarah came to visit the property first. She was calm, reassuring, kind and gave me excellent advice.<br>We decided to sell at auction and the Auction Team at Dawsons Swansea then took over the sale. They were very professional , kept me updated and informed and again, gave me excellent advice and the subsequently property sold at a good price and before the auction.<br>Huge grateful thanks to Sarah Hewitt in the Llanelli branch and Angel, Harrison and David at the Swansea branch. Together they made the whole process as stress- free as is possible for a house sale. I would heartily recommend them.

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Disappointing and unreliable – severe lack of communication<br>We have had a shocking experience with John Francis Ammanford. The complete lack of basic communication and professionalism throughout our house hunt has been deeply frustrating.<br>Our negative experiences with this branch include:<br>Empty promises: After viewing and inquiring about several properties, we were repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened.<br>Ignored questions: We asked questions for a seller following a viewing and were left completely in the dark with zero response.<br>Ignored offers: We submitted an offer on a property and received no follow-up whatsoever.<br>Zero notification of sales falling through: Most shockingly, after having an offer accepted on a house, the seller withdrew it from the market a few days later. John Francis never bothered to tell us. We only found out because we happened to notice the listing had been removed online.<br>When we called to ask what was going on, they admitted the sale was off and stated they hadn't notified us because they were "busy."<br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions someone can make. Excusing a complete failure to inform buyers that an accepted offer has fallen through simply because staff are "too busy" is unacceptable. We should have been notified before the property was removed online. I strongly advise prospective buyers and sellers to look elsewhere if you expect basic courtesy, honesty, and reliable communication.

Ellie was the estate agent that I was dealing with, Ellie was very professional. Highly recommend and would definitely buy with John Francis again.
2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I think for sales this estate agent is fine, but I’ll never rent with them again. Over 1k in deposit, we rented for close to 5 years, and they want to charge £300 for tape on the wall and painting. Charges for scuffs, marks, carpet wear and tear and in total wanted around £800. I came back with a counter offer of £200. Wasn’t good enough. Now it’s being taken further since they want to say we left it unclean even though I have photos. Don’t waste your time. We’re devastated. The amount of love and warmth we poured into those four walls to make it our own safe space, that has been complimented by both estate agents and landlord, for it to be ripped away because he had to paint a few walls.<br><br>EDIT:: We got and email saying the landlord/estate agent never responded in time to the dispute, despite telling us to go ahead with it. We’ll be getting the full deposit back. They knew they were in the wrong and tried to take money from an innocent couple. Avoid at all costs and don’t waste your time.

However the rollercoaster started which lead to our buyer pulling out 6 days before signing paper work. I wanted to pull our house of the market, however we decided to put the house back on the market. Thanks for the support from John Francis team we sold the house the same day. John Francis who gave us support they communicated us ensure we had all information at all times. They all went above and beyond. Big thanks to both Amber and Claire for what you did for us.
