Jackie was so kind and helpful throughout the entire letting process! She kept us updated at every turn and was an utter pleasure to work with, she made everything so painless! She was so thorough with making sure the property was up to a high standard when we got the keys, after dealing with London letting agents who couldn’t care less this was so refreshing!
