I dealt primarily with Miriam who possesses genuinely excellent customer service skills, it is clearly a natural ability she has to interact with clients. She was proactive, highly communicative and understanding to my needs at all times. She is a true asset to this company. My interaction with her manager Bernice were equally as positive.<br><br>I also found the property to be well and accurately described online with no ambiguities (something which cannot be said for other agencies) and the detailed documentation and information received before and during move-in was helpful.- 1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)I dealt with Ollie who was very professional throughout. Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.

He has been professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. He has made what can normally be quite a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. There was always someone at the end of a phone call to answer my questions and reassure me through the process. I can't recommend Jodie Gregg, the real estate agent, enough. Professional and very helpful from start to completion of the deal.

9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I had a brilliant experience with Winkworth, they made selling our property and purchasing our new one as easy as they could. The whole team were brilliant however in particular James who assisted with selling our property ensured this was dealt with as quickly and stress free as possible and with the least inconvenience to us whilst arranging viewings. Jade who supported after an offer had been accepted until completion was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this company.

From the start the valuation gave me the confidence in the company. No silly promises and hard factual information. The profile was amazing and the photography excellent, no fishtail lenses showing things falsely. The sales team were great and supported me in dealing with an empty property. After sale we were passed to Norwich office and weekly updates were very settling. The mediating was so helpful and stopped the sections holding things up. I had been thtough a terrible ordeal with another agent and Minors and Brady gave back some faith in the sysytem. I cannot praise them enough.

From the start of the selling process the communication, knowledge and advice given by them was excellent. From my personal point of view the fact that my fees on a one bed flat are the same as a 4 or 5 bed large detached home seemed a little hard to take but they have, fingers crossed got the job done ??????

2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)My experience with William H Brown has been extremely disappointing. My property has been on the market since June 2026, and the repeated issues with something as simple as installing a selling board have shown a lack of organisation, communication, and respect for my time.I agreed to have a board from the start. Weeks passed with no sign. I raised this multiple times and was repeatedly assured it would be sorted. It never was. Even after saying I no longer wanted a board, I was contacted again and convinced to try once more — with promises of follow?up calls that never happened. Three weeks later, I was still being asked whether the sign had been put up.This constant cycle of promises, no action, and repeated calls became frustrating and unacceptable. It made me question whether my sale was being handled properly at all, especially with no viewings taking place.I was told things had improved since my last experience with the company, but unfortunately they have changed for the worse. Due to the ongoing lack of professionalism, I have requested my property be removed from the market.I expect better from an estate agent, and I hope the branch owner reviews the service standards being delivered.- 1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Despite only few viewings Cliff and especially Finlay did a great job getting us sold and completed.
