She’s friendly, professional, helpful & keeps you updated with feedback etc. Although we have no intentions of moving again, if we did we would want Karolina to be our point of contact. Kirsty Young was our After Sales Progressor & she has been amazing! Through no fault of William H Brown our sale wasn’t easy & without Kirsty at the other end of the phone/email it would have been much worse! Kirsty is friendly, professional & very responsive, regardless of how big or small your query is, she always makes time to help.<br><br>2026 update. Now finding ourselves selling our third property in 3 years & this time have had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Lammiman for our sale, who has been absolutely brilliant! Friendly, professional & reassuring when needed!

Everything was handled efficiently, and communication was clear throughout, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and hassle-free.<br><br>A special thank you to Miriam, who has been so helpful every step of the way. She was always friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions we had, making sure everything stayed on track. Her support and dedication really made a difference, and we truly appreciate all of her help.<br><br>We would highly recommend Connells to anyone looking to rent a property. 13th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Absolutely horrendous. Went for a viewing, and the room key didn't work. I was told that the viewing would be rescheduled, but nothing. I tried reaching out by calling and messaging, but no response and it's been many days. Extremely inconvenient ????????????- 22nd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I'd strongly advise against even making an initial enquiry with William H Brown. Once they have your number, sales people will call you several times a day, even after you ask to be removed from their list. Sleazy and incompetent.

They will find any reason to over charge you.<br>I couldn’t put half a star.. Good luck to you if you’re starting your journey with this company, you’ll need it.

21st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)I own a studio flat which I have let through Kevin Henry agents for the last eleven years. During that time various different staff have worked in the lettings department and I have always found them to be helpful and courteous in dealing with any issues I have raised, including maintenance of the property, negotiating any increases in the rent and finding good and trustworthy tenants.<br>At the time I was completely new to the property rental business and one particular member of that team has always stood out to me.<br>Louise Mooyer has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I put to her and advising me on a range of subjects including my responsibilities as a Landlord, Section 21 notices, the new Renters Rights Act and how best to market the property when I wanted to sell it, which I now have.<br>Louise is clearly very experienced in her field, with outstanding knowledge of the business and the local area. I have always found her easy to talk to and her affable manner is a real asset to this company. Thank you.

From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful, polite, and always responsive to any questions or maintenance requests we had during our stay. They made renting completely stress-free and proved to be genuinely reliable. When it came time to move out, the checkout process was handled just as professionally. They were fair, reasonable, and transparent regarding the deposit return, and everything was resolved quickly without any hassle. It is rare to find a letting agency that provides such consistent, high-quality service from move-in to move-out. I highly recommend them to anyone!

14th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Ensum Brown, and in particular, Gabriella, have been simply outstanding.<br><br>From arrangement of the first viewing, meeting Gabriella and viewing the property, through to arranging the tenancy, all the queries that came up in the interim and then moving day and beyond, the level of service has been exceptional.<br><br>Gabriella has always responded fully and clearly to all our questions (in a very timely fashion) and has supported us with each step of the process. Now that we’re moved in and had something further to query, once again the responsiveness and support have been great.<br><br>I have rented homes in a number of countries and had to deal with a good number of agents over the years. This has been by far the best experience.<br><br>Well done to the Ensum Brown team on setting such a strong example of how the industry should operate and once again well done and thank you to Gabriella.
