   I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure.    We had excellent service from Newton Fallowell and in particular Adam Hudson. Having used a different estate agent for several months before without success we moved to Newton Fallowell and found them to be very proactive. We sold the house in relatively quick time. They were also very patient as it took quite some time to get the grant of probate and in fact it was only granted just in time for the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.... Read more

   We would absolutely recommend Norton Rickett. We bought our house through them 15 years ago and had no hesitation about who to use when it came to selling.<br><br>Despite a protracted journey in a complicated market, Nick and Paul stayed positive throughout – in effect they sold our house 3 or 4 times! None of this was their fault, and it was reassuring to know we had them in our corner throughout.<br><br>Their advice and experience are second to none. As per other reviews, it is refreshing to always be able to speak to real people. There are no webs of bureaucracy or need to log into third party apps, just authentic and honest feedback and guidance.
