Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

Every member of the team has been professional, friendly, approachable and always willing to help. Henry had a very positive outlook on my house and managed to find a buyer within one week. He, Adam, Jenna and the rest of the team made sure that we got to exchange as quickly as possible and were invaluable in chasing the solicitors and others in the chain to expedite matters.

18th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Probably the most racist people working in this company. I had very upsetting experiences number of times. Very difficult to get hold of and when we can not very helpful at all. I’d never recommend anyone to use this estate agency. You will be utterly disappointed ????

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

We originally viewed the home last year but was not in a position to proceed, however after we sold our home early this year we found our dream home had still not sold and we were able to proceed! The whole process from start to finish was seamless with Lois being our main point of contact. As the home is an older property we needed lots of visits and surveys, but this was never an issue with King west (Lois) always being so accommodating! Lois and the team’s communication is just seamless and makes which is usually a stressful life event so easy. Thanks again to King West!

3rd Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)The staff are very good and always attend your calls immediately. Their customer service is superb. They have charged me a great deal.more than other agents who were local. I paid this on the presumption that they would get me a better price which they have not done. I explained to them that I needed a certain price in order to make up the shortfall for the onward purchase, which fell on deaf ears. To be honest, I would not use them again.

Best agents I have ever dealt with - communication was second to none, checking in all the time, updating, calling in when I was sick to check on me ! way above and beyond. Totally professional, ensured all 3 knew my property inside out - just fantastic, open, honest, transparent - absolute pleasure to have dealt with them and if ever I sell again, they will be who I chose hands down.
20th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
22nd Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Kim and James have been unbelievably great throughout the buying process. Keeping us updated throughout quite a stressful process, making sure we were aware of everything going on at all times and someone remaining positive whenever we spoke to them. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy or sell a property to use Eastaway.
