Dealing extensively with the Brookmans Park office the whole team was always responsive and insightful - particular shout out to Nicola - the branch manager. Attentive and informed - I'm almost sorry to see the transaction complete. Not all agents in Brookmans Park are equal - choose wisely if you want a stress-free process.

The team also did a great job with our online listing, looking at our advert we nearly put a bid in on ourselves. Much thanks to the entire team.
14th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)We purchased a new home in Brookmans Park through this estate agency in 2024. Although they have a very good selection of properties, we were unfortunately disappointed with the service we received during the buying process.<br><br>After viewing the property, we informed the agency that we wanted to proceed with the purchase. However, we experienced significant communication problems during the mortgage process. In both telephone conversations and email correspondence, we did not receive the courtesy, attention or support we expected. This left us feeling that completing the sale and earning the commission mattered more than customer satisfaction.<br><br>Once the legal process was complete, the key handover also felt rushed. A member of staff from the office met us outside the property in the morning, handed over the keys and quickly left.<br><br>Overall, despite their good property portfolio, their communication and customer service fell short of our expectations. For such an important purchase, we would have expected a more considerate and supportive approach.
