Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.

We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable. We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10

12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)We recently purchased a new house, supposedly, through Cundalls, sadly I would hope we never have to use or rely on them in any way ever again. Initial online contact to obtain details produced no reply - we had to make a personnel call into their office to get this information with a poor internal reason given. As the new build progressed we had absolutely no contact what ever to keep us informed at any time. If it wasn't for our personnel contact with the builder we would still be awaiting this estate agent for any contact. We sincerely hope that they have not charged the developer for their totally inadequate service. (Unfortunately we have had to give one, undeserved, star in order to post this review)

Just when our sale was falling apart, Katie put in out of hours work to bring the sale to a successful conclusion. We are hugely appreciative of all the work put in be the team. you are The A Team.

They did all the viewings and as we didn't live in the area went out of their way to visit the property each week for us and even did the meter readings on the day of completion. Definitely would recommend them took all the pressure of us as a family. 13th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
