So this morning I got woken up by the ground floor flat making noises and stuff this was 640am in the morning your not allowed to make noise till 730am by the council unacceptable

I have recently completed the sale of my property through the Scarborough branch of Estate Agents. Dan has been amazing and professional throughout. Very knowledgeable person to deal with, gives you all the information you need so you can make an informed decision. When he says he will call back, he does. What a refreshing change. His support staff have also been very helpful too. Would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately I can't give NO STARS because that is what they deserve! Had water gushing through my ceiling after heavy rain and can't get any sense from anyone at this company (they are our "block managers"!) Their online report form doesn't work. You don't get any sense when you phone them. The boss always seems to be "on the phone" (he must have some marathon phone calls!) Avoid this company.
