I have found them friendly, honest and responsive and would class them as an example of what a good estate agent should be. I’m about to move in to my new property next week , and have been helped, listened to and even championed. Jevon has been fantastic help and highly professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them!

She really went the extra mile to make sure we had a an easy stress free move and helped a lot with the closure of are contract which we are sad that come to and end. Highly recommend if looking for a property in the Salisbury area . Will definitely be going back to Siobhan when looking for a new property . Truly an amazing lady .

They combine leg work, phone calls and knowing the local market with use of the Internet and Rightmove. They understand great communication and professionalism with clients and amongst the Hearnes team. And they have coffee that matches any of Ringwoods many coffee shops!! Thank you
20th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)Went in to ask about buying a property Received condescending attitude from one woman then another woman came over to talk to her and totally blanked me . Seem a very rude snobbish bunch and I will take my business elsewhere
30th Mar 2024 (21 days ago)Cash Buyer. When selecting an Estate Agent to sell your home many people consider the fees and perhaps unrealistic promises of the value that will be achieved. Irvings is different. We sold to downsize and took a rental property whilst searching for our next, more manageable, home. During the period from August '23 to March '24 we encountered many Estate Agencies, large and small, in our searches. All of them had one marketing strategy, list property on RightMove and wait for interested buyers. An entirely passive approach that provided almost no support to sellers or buyers. Clare Wright at Irvings was the only agent that took the time to understand our requirements, not as a list, but as a life plan. She was able to provide us with prospective properties that accurately reflected exactly what we we needed. We had our purchase offer accepted rapidly after which Clare pro-actively developed and maintained the chain of linked sales to completion. If you want an attentive and supportive agency that will provide a personalised service, carefully matching sellers with buyers, then Clare at Irvings is head and shoulders above the dozen or more other agencies in this area.
9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.
26th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Over valued our property at £1,500,000. Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.

29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.
