Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. Goadsby Estate Agents of Fordingbridge have just sold my property for me and from start to finish it has taken 3 months , the whole team are just amazing , they have kept me up to speed throughout , they are so very helpful nothing is too much trouble for them , great advice on helping me sort things out too. We tried several Estate Agents in the local area to sell our house over the past one and half years. A couple of them managed a few viewings but none of them came to anything. Switching to Goadsby in Fordingbridge followed a detailed inspection of our property and an in depth discussion with Malcolm Steeden, the manager of the office. This proved to be a good decision as he, and his assistant Matt, soon began to direct potential buyers to our property. The house is in a secluded spot and does not suit everyone, but these two gentlemen found us buyers, indeed two buyers competing for the purchase. Malcolm was then extremely helpful analysing the two offers and their ability to proceed through their different "chains", offering advice as to which offer we should accept. We are delighted to report that Malcolm's advice, and his and his assistant Matt's constant monitoring of the process, has led to a sale. They were professional and efficient from the initial valuation all the way through to completion. We were particularly impressed with the fact that Matt sold our property within 24 hours (before it was even listed on Rightmove!) Their fee was cheaper than some of their competitors in the area, and yet the service they provided was excellent. We were always able to speak to them when we needed to, and they kept both us and our buyers informed. I must say all of the team at the Fordingbridge branch were exceptional, Matt especially! Always on hand to explain a situation with a honest and helpful response, never trying to rush you off the phone and always gave the time of day and regular updates which was greatly appreciated after having a difficult experiences with various other estate agents involved during previous sales and fall throughs. I would highly recommend Goadsby Fordingbridge when choosing to buy or sell a property. They managed both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property, late in 2017. Our property hit Rightmove in a timely fashion, with excellent photo's, description and advertising.
