Ruth and Matt couldn't have been more helpful. They were always at the end of a phone, they constantly pushed the property, even in the difficult weeks when things were slow, they never gave up. I cannot praise this Agent enough, they operate to the highest standards and are contactable at any time. The people working behind the scenes deserve special credit, that's Ruth and Calim. Flexi agent have now sold our property twice, the first time the buyer pulled out for unforeseen circumstances, Flexi agent then resold to another buyer within a week. Quite remarkable when you consider other estate agents both in and out of the local area had the property up for many months previously without success.
