These people let my niece down shamefully when they were managing a property bordering her property in Greenloons drive.
They were unpleasant to her and did nothing to help her.
The tenant was evicted yesterday after long term rent arrears. Left all his mess behind including the foul smelling pigeon lofts that she complained about.
Three years of hell and you did nothing to help a widowed mother and her son.
Shame on you who were supposed to be managing this property.
She deserves an apology.
I'm writing to all those who have let her down including Sefton Council environmental health.

Very pleased with the level of service from Jack and Ben. Both very friendly and professional. My suggestion to Entwistle in general; allow more electronic communication or ask your customers what they prefer. Texts would have been a lot easier for me to respond to. Voicemails are inconvenient to call up to listen to and delete if somebody leaves you one. And having to call back is inconvenient especially if the line is busy or the office isn't open yet.

Entwistle Green ( EG ) gave the best valuation, however the best valuation is worthless unless it is matched with evidence that the market is reflecting the price !
EG explained the market conditions at the time and why they placed the price as they did.
Despite pricing the property over £30k above another Formby Estate Agent we achieved higher than the valuation price.
Sarah and Harriet were professional throughout the sale and responded to enquiries in a timely manner, and acted as a reliable and informative conduit between me and the buyers.
I have used them previously to vet rental applicants and my experience was 100% satisfactory

We decided to sell our house with Entwistle Estate Agents Formby, initially due to the responsiveness and professionalism we received from them, and in particular, Alexandra Reynders.
We were delighted to have instructed them to sell our property.
Throughout the entire process, Alex was always on hand to answer our enquiries and continued to hold the pulse of the entire transaction; from the buyers and their conveyancers/ solicitors through to our own solicitors.
I do believe without Alex's tenacity and good spirit, the transaction might have fallen through (certainly, it would have taken longer not for her constant engagement with the different third-parties).

We were very pleased with the service that we received from Entwistle Green Formby in selling our late mother’s bungalow. After the first sale fell through they quickly remarketed the property and achieved a new sale at a higher price within days.
A special mention for Harriet Robinson who was polite, positive and proactive throughout the sale process and made the selling experience a pleasure. She was always available and kept on top of any issues to make sure that they were considered and resolved in a timely manner. A real credit to the business.

As a family we have struggled to find somewhere suitable within a town that has very little family properties to offer. Leanne ensured our applications and any correspondence needed was dealt with promptly and professionally.

My mother in laws flat in Southport was for sale for 3 years. Throughout this time, I am happy that it was marketed correctly by Entwistle Green, due to the fact we had a number of viewers. Two previous sales had fallen through due to the response of the (flat) management company who were very disjointed. However, eventually we got there and it was sold. I was satisfied with the updates I received from (mainly) Harriet and Alex. A house sale is always a frustrating experience, but Harriet always provided updates and always returned calls which was excellent customer service. They never gave up and got there for us in the end. Many thanks.

Alexandra at the Formby branch was absolute fantastic throughout this difficult process.
The difficulties arose from all solicitors involved in the conveyancing of sale and purchase.
They were neither helpful nor professional.
They never replied to queries and were generally bad mannered individuals with no people skills whatsoever.
What the solicitors lacked and they certainly did lack a great deal, Alex made up for in spades !
Her communication skills are exemplary
Alex is professional . She calls back in response to queries , she just goes that extra mile .
Her support and her overall kindness and consideration were qualities very much appreciated .

They say selling a house is one of the most stressful things you can do especially if you are acting on behalf of a family member and the house is unoccupied and hundreds of miles away. The team at Entwistle Green were fantastic from start to finish. Sarah, Harriet and Alex were extremely friendly and approachable, whilst being extremely professional and efficient. They went out of their way to help by organising an energy efficiency survey and then read the metres on the day of completion which saved two extremely long journeys. Their excellent service made the whole process very much less stressful than I was expecting.

I have got to admit I am not one who normally writes reviews but have felt compelled to write a review as Selling my property with Entwistle Green Formby has been like a breath of fresh air after dealing with many estate agents I have been so impressed with the professional approach and the level of service.
The most important thing not just in business but in life is communication and they are second to none, I was kept up-to-date on the progress of my sale from start to finish on feedback and viewings there is no need to chase up and be constantly having to phone to be updated on feedback and viewings they call you and keep you in the picture from start to finish.
Alex and Harriet are a credit to the company and have been a pleasure to deal with, with the positive upbeat attitude it’s no surprise they are so successful.

I have had a very positive experience selling a house with Formby Entwisle Green. From my first appointment with Sarah Purcell the manager I knew I was in safe hands. Living out of the country it was vital I had the support of a good agent. My contact throughout the sale was with Harriet Robinson. She was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. She kept me up to date with viewings and feed back and negotiated with my buyers on my behalf . Nothing was too much trouble for her and during the 6 months period she provided excellent customer care. She is an extremely able estate agent, knowledgeable and approachable with excellent communication skills. Due to the pandemic lock downs made travelling to the office and house difficult for me, but Harriet dealt with everything remotely, which was a great relief. In her absence Alexandra Reynders took over my care and also provided me with excellent service and I was reassured at all times that my best interests where paramount. We have recently let our property through Entwistle Green's Southport office. This choice was made based on the happy experience when we bought a property from Entwistle Green a few years ago and also on the obvious knowledge of the lady who we first spoke to a few months ago when we enquired about them marketing a rental property for us. She demonstrated a very clear understanding of all the latest legislation concerning residential lettings. Unfortunately she left the firm before the property was let. This was rather unnerving, but our confidence was restored when matters were seamlessly taken over and competently dealt with by her colleagues Lucy and Alex. Both went to great length's to ensure the "best fit" was made between us as Landlord and also our new tenants - who are lovely - and that all practical matters were dealt with efficiently. I would definitely use them again should the opportunity arise.

I've had to sell my mother's bungalow in Southport - but I live 200 miles away. I looked at a number of options but chose Entwistle Green as the agents because of their local knowledge and track record. I also liked the flat rate fee. Unlike with a percentage, you know exactly what your costs will be.
Buyers were found very quickly and Alexandra kept on the case to achieve the sale before I had to start paying Council Tax on the property!
