   Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.... Read more

Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail.    I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company????
