   I cannot praise and recommend Scriven & Co Quinton enough<br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received from the team, especially Lauren, the service she provided us from beginning to end was absolutely amazing and made what could have been a really stressful process feel so much easier<br><br>She was very professional, very friendly and so approachable, nothing was too much trouble, in fact it got to a point where I would rather deal with Lauren than speak to the solicitors we had appointed<br><br>A huge thank you to Lauren for everything, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scriven & Co to anyone looking to sell their house, unless Lauren moves on to pastures new ..... haha<br><br>So if you are looking to sell your house look no further, Lauren at Scriven & Co is the right person for the job...    I would not recommend Oakmans based on my experience.<br><br>I moved out of my property on 28 August 2026 and completed the checkout process properly. I handed my keys back in person at around 9am, the keys were scanned and photographed, and I signed the handover confirmation. I also completed and personally handed in the Deposit Release & Outgoing Services form on the same day.<br><br>Oakmans subsequently confirmed to me in writing that “the handover has been completed.”<br><br>My tenancy deposit is £1,125, and I have still received no clear update about when it will be returned. I have contacted them by email but have not received a response from the deposit team. When I called the office, I was told that deposit matters could not be discussed over the phone.<br><br>What is particularly frustrating is that I have followed the procedures Oakmans themselves provided, yet I am being left without any information about my money.<br><br>The new tenants have already moved into the property, so I expected the checkout and deposit process to be dealt with promptly.<br><br>Very poor communication and customer service. I simply want a clear explanation of the status of my £1,125 deposit and when it will be returned.<br><br>I would strongly recommend keeping written records of everything if you are renting through Oakmans....
