Callaghans has been the best choice for selling a house. From the outset, they provided a realistic sales price, and not an inflated figure to try to secure the business. Their fees were also clearly explained and reasonable. I was given good advice for free about some minor pre-sale improvements which could be made, which were done - all before I'd even engaged Callaghans. The feeling I could trust them was really important to me, and it proved well founded. They kept me informed every step of the way, from arranging viewings to occasionally having to relay news of cancellations (important to know about still), and then on to the exciting bit of guiding an offer through to completion.
