Whilst I'm gutted that the property I was trying to purchase didn't go through (no fault of Callaghans), having such a friendly responsive team to talk to regularly through the entire process was truly a blessing. Sold my father's house with Callaghans after he went into a care home. Excellent customer service with a personal touch from Sean and his colleagues. They managed both myself and the buyer well, plus they went that extra mile in helping the house sale go through. Reasonable fees and transparent too. Would highly recommend.

We sold our house through Callaghan's recently. They were such a pleasure to deal with. A couple of other estate agents we looked at weren't as professional or helpful and tried to get us to sell the house lower than Callaghan's valued it at, saying it wasn't worth as much.
Sean was brilliant from the beginning, very thorough and professional, explaining everything in great detail. Very well priced as well compared to others.
We dealt with Carol a lot on the phone and she was always friendly and willing to help, no matter what the query was.
We cannot recommend Callaghan's enough.

Throughout an often difficult tenancy that was privately managed, under no obligation to do so, Callaghans we’re unfailingly supportive in mediating the various disputes and issues we had over the period of our tenancy. The letting agent comes highly recommended for their after care, and consideration for their tenants, or even those who originally let with the agent: despite no legal requirement to do so - which is certainly worth repeating. The patience shown by the owner, and his administrators (especially Evelyn) was incredibly welcome, and when it seemed like there was nothing more we could do than leave, solid as a rock they were there to guide us. If you are thinking of going with them for your next housing endeavour, I urge you to do so.

Look no further than Callaghans if you wish to buy/sell a property. We used their services recently and the service provided was outstanding. Sean and his team are very professional and prepared to go the extra mile to help wherever they can.
I need to give a particular mention to Helen who was our liaison with our buyers. There were some tricky times during a protracted process and she was brilliant. Her communication and knowledge are first rate. All the staff we dealt with were excellent.
