From the initial consultation to completion, everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent at every stage, and they were always available to answer questions and provide clear guidance, which made the whole experience stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market really stood out and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Allen and Harris to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

18th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I recently completed the purchase of our 2-bed home in Canning Town with Stephen from Samuel King, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, Stephen was exceptional. He was proactive, transparent, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel smooth and manageable, keeping us informed at every stage and always being available to answer questions. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting things over the line. He coordinated seamlessly with all parties involved and handled any issues quickly and professionally, which made a huge difference in keeping things on track. A great example of this was following our Level 2 survey, where a number of repairs were flagged that couldn’t realistically be completed before exchange. Stephen stepped in and negotiated on our behalf to secure compensation from the seller instead, making sure we were properly covered. That level of support and advocacy made a big difference and gave us real confidence throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and easy to work with in this process. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen and the team at Samuel King. A genuinely 5-star experience.

We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole. Dealt with Sandra Burton (solicitor) and the transaction for the house sale went through without any hitches. Would highly recommend dealing with them for your house sale from start to finish. They responded swiftly to our initial enquiry and Craig came to see us the following day. From photographs and home report to our house being sold took less than a week and we cannot praise all the Hemmings staff enough. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and professional. Special thanks to Elaine for keeping us fully informed and Boden and Max for their photography and social media skills. Their advice is invaluable and we would highly recommend them.
11th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)My wife and I recently sold our house and moved to a new home in Ayr. It had been nearly 10 years since our last house move and the most stressful of things to do. I have moved about half a dozen times over the years and I can honestly say I have never found an estate agent that I trusted. The majority seemed only interested in making money from you with little input or effort. I have used a good few and all been the same. This time I noticed some new options in the market and we reached out to Belmont Property. All I can say is I am so glad that we did. The service from this dedicated, knowledgeable bunch of honest hard working guys was absolutely superb, night and day to all the rest. They genuinely care about you, they were in no rush, taking time to answer all your questions and concerns, they talk common sense and not nonsense, They give you an honest opinion and there set up from house survey to home report, the fantastic use of the enhanced marketing and drone survey to them actually arranging and doing all your viewings and negotiations for you is superb. What they discussed with us was exactly what played out, what they said we could maximise and achieve was exactly what we did, the way they market the asking price in relation to the home report value was 100% accurate and had viewers coming in numbers despite it being in December. Our house was effectively sold in 2 days. They believe in doing all the work and earning what you are paying them and on top of this gave us good advice on our purchase too. From what I have seen online, with the amount of properties selling fast, then I am not on my own. I cannot emphasise how genuine, how knowledgeable and how lovely this team is at Belmont Property. I can guarantee nobody comes close. To add to this, having seen some distasteful posts from other firms on FB, they conduct themselves with modesty and dignity too. They are the Leo Messi of Estate Agents in Ayrshire and you would be crazy to choose anyone else. Massive thanks to Richard, Barry, Donna & Stephanie. 5 star doesn't do it justice

On behalf of my family we would like to thank her for removing much of the stress and worry over selling my late father’s home. She provided expert advice and guidance and his house sold in 5 days for an excellent price. The service provided was exceptional and personal. This is a lady who knows the market and more importantly genuinely cares for all of her customers, buyers and sellers alike.

The staff in Airdrie and Glasgow are all very helpful and I know that my property is in safe hands with them dealing with the day to day management of it. They are also very quick dealing with re marketing when a new tenant is required.

19th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)It was a pleasure working with Gavin and Lisa when selling our house. From start to finish Gavin was friendly, approachable and very professional. There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.
