24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.
2nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Through the recommendation of a friend we contacted David Muir Estates to organise the sale of our house in Balloch. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

Daar waar de meeste makelaars en notarissen in Schotland er een eeuwigheid over doen om de papieren en stukken op orde te krijgen, zijn Stuart en zijn team voortvarend te werk gegaan. Van het regelen van een tuinman tot aannemer, loodgieter en glaszetter, Stuart regelde alles snel en vakkundig via zijn netwerk en tegen heel concurrerende prijzen. Ook de communicatie via whatsapp was erg fijn. Goed om continu updates te ontvangen. Ik zou niemand anders dan Stuart kunnen aanbevelen voor de verkoop of aankoop van jouw woning in de regio van Dumbarton. Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Diane carried out property inspections every six months and was always friendly, professional, and approachable. On the rare occasions that I had any issues, she responded quickly and worked with the landlord to get everything resolved as smoothly as possible. The entire process, from moving into the property to moving out, was well organised and fully supported, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. I really appreciated Diane’s helpfulness, clear communication, and genuine care throughout my tenancy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Diane and the letting agency to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental experience.
