15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We viewed one property and fell in love. I think it’s pretty unheard of to only need to view one place. Shari took care of us and she was brilliant. Answered all questions (and there were a lot of them). Very calming presence. It made us want to move in because there was no pressure. Once we decided to move, it was then a very straight forward quick process. And Shari was always on the other end of the phone/computer to help us along. When it’s time to move again I will be using Shari. Wherever she is.
21st Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I recommend Barnard Marcus. I have been dealing for many years with Linas in the Finchley office and he has always been very helpful and professional. In my most recent interactions with Linas, and also with Lucy from the same branch, I have appreciated the level of help and professionalism in organising everything for a new tenancy, and for prompt responses to my emails and calls.

1st Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Real lack of transparency, always guessing what’s happening, I had to constantly email to find out information, not once did I have an email from them to me, the excuse I can’t give you information I don’t have and leave you hanging for ever untill they do is a very poor excuse, vetting of clients finances poor, the senior manager at Haart, should know the customer is key to there buisiness, I found the customer service from her to be poor, and felt a little intimidated into sticking with a client for 2 months knowing he couldn’t get a mortgage, and saying to me it’s not like you have a choice, you didn’t have any other offers so let’s just wait, it’s ultimately my decision if I have a choice or not, and it ended up being the biggest waste of my time, not even an apology, we’ll I’m sorry that’s just not good enough, so I ended my time with them and have now remarketed, I know there not responsible if a client can’t get a mortgage, but they are definitely responsible for clear transparency between themseves and there customer, which was clearly lacking, need to do better

It took me roughly three months from viewing the property to moving in, Nick's professionalism and dedication is the key throughout the journey. You can't go wrong with Nick and Benham & Reeves, 5 stars.

Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

2nd Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I set the team a very hard challenge and they delivered. Throughout all the time it took to sell my house, the team kept me informed on what was going on. They were very helpful, approachable and easy to work with. An A1 service and team and would happily use them again.

We arranged a last minute viewing for the same day and we were preparing to move within two weeks. Specifically Courtney dealt with our constant questions and was always lovely. Can’t fault them!

Rafi Gamliel went the extra mile in ensuring everything ran smoothly. If there was an issue he sorted it immediately. Could not recommend Dexters more especially if you get Rafi.

8th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Horrible experience Horrible experience, I went to see a flat and the girl that had to show me it was sooo rude, ruling even her eyes when ever we asked anything, very uncomfortable moment… however the flat was ok and we decided to fill up the form to rent and can u imagine what they did? They increased the price, £200 more without any notification, just because the flat was having many viewing they decided to increase it, a fourth floor flat without lift and asking for £1400….. wouldn’t recommend this people at all, They wastage my time. No serious people, no professionals at all…
