I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.... Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again.
