My friend had a very disappointing experience with Sarina. From the very beginning, she did not clearly explain the rental process or the requirements, and she showed very little interest in presenting the property in the way a professional letting agent should.<br><br>After my friend had already paid the deposit, she was informed that she could no longer rent the property. Different reasons were given, but they did not seem to reflect the real situation. It left us with the impression that they simply did not want to offer her the property.<br><br>The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude made this a very frustrating experience. My friend is extremely disappointed with how she was treated and would not want anyone else to go through the same experience. I cannot recommend this service based on what happened.... Read more

Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home .
