Cheryl Swallow in particular went above and beyond and made a very difficult situation (my sale, not the purchase) much, much easier. Highly recommend- 10th Dec 2025 (6 weeks ago)Exemplary. My recent experience is in respect of being a prospective tenant, and then becoming a tenant, where the management then moved to directly dealing with the Landlord. I dealt with Ellie, the lettings area manager who is excellent, so helpful and professional, and truly went above and beyond, and some of the team at Beccles were superb too, as that was easiest and closest to us to get too for some expert assistance in regard to a couple of important bits such as seeing original ID, and getting some paperwork, copied, scanned and e-mailed over to Ellie. Wonderful.

The team at the Diss branch were professional, friendly and always kept us well informed throughout the process. Communication was excellent and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special thank you to Julie at the Norwich branch, who was also incredibly helpful and supportive along the way. Selling a property can be stressful, but the team made the whole experience feel smooth and well managed. We would not hesitate to recommend Fine & Country to anyone looking to sell their home.
7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

Special thanks to Kate, Eva and Sarah who had every empathy with what I was going through and supported me through it, putting my mind at rest when I was worried about something and there was a lot to worry about. They all helped me through a very difficult and stressful time. I know they worked very hard in the background and their genuine pleasure for me when we got over the finish line was lovely. Professional, communicative and understanding

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

The whole process from valuation, to viewings, offers and finally the sale has been dealt with faultlessly. Their communication and chase on the chain of 5 was excellent with valuation to sale taking about 8 weeks. A big thanks to the whole team

28th Nov 2025 (8 weeks ago)I can not fault Musker McIntyre on any level. Their level of understanding, combined with professionalism, at such a traumatic time as moving house, is remarkable in this day and age. I dealt mainly with one person, and I am not sure if I can name her on here! But she made my whole experience less stressful than in many other circumstances. To give an example, I have also, out of this area, used other agents, the transaction was cold, immature, calculating, and unprofessional. I could go on about the difference Muskers make to a sale ( not just the actual selling), but all the interaction surrounding the transaction. I was allowed to meet my potential buyers and interact with them, which does not often happen now with many agents. I will not move again......I hope, but if I do i will use Muskers

But I still feel I have to comment on how professional all the team were that helped us they couldnt have been more supportive. Rebecca Jade Stuart and Connor were always on hand to answer any questions about any queries we had I would highly recommend them as Estate Agents and there professionalism.
