From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the entire process. He was always available to answer questions or clarify any concerns I had. What stood out most was their transparency and attention to detail, which made the whole buying process feel smooth and well-managed. As a buyer, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Stuart made sure everything was handled properly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Wilson Hawkins to anyone looking to purchase a property, especially if you want a trustworthy team that ensures everything is done the right way.
2nd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)The team at Gibbs Gillespie in Pinner were very helpful and supportive from start to finish of what was, at times, a frustrating purchase. The team managed to keep me informed of progress and helped to speed things along at critical moments when blockages appeared. A friendly and thoroughly professional experience and would recommend Gibbs Gillespie for your house sale or purchase from them.
1st Apr 2026 (2 days ago)We dealt with Josef who was like water in the desert. After almost 2 months, he showed us the first and only one great match for us. Josef was always helpful and available and we couldn't find a better person to face this huge change in our lives.

22nd Mar 2026 (12 days ago)This is long overdue post and probably coming in very late but I believe this is extremely important and should be out there for people to see. I had a terrible experience with Rouge Properties last year around August when I tried renting a property through them in Northampton. The property was marketed on their official website but unfortunately they ended up taking no responsibility about it when things went all wrong and blamed it on the concierge taking care of the property. The property I am talking about is an apartment in Northampton House. What stood out for me was the audacity from the team for not refunding my deposit money even when they failed to deliver the property ready on the said date. Not to forget that the team includes people who when you confront them will literally shout at you, stop responding to your emails or even threaten you. Beware of Nazneen and the team because when they have zero understanding of the property, they try and give you details only when the deposit is paid and treat you as someone absolutely worthless because now they know you are stuck. I chose peace and let go of the deposit but in hind sight I can't believe they were this unprofessional throughout my experience.
28th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Unprofessional - avoid !!!! I come across 2 offers online on shared ownership with different price. Friday I applied and discuss the properties over the phone with Martin, which sounds really nice and encouraging me to apply quuckly, answer to few additional questions I had to calculate correct fees, overal very good inpression. Monday he called me to ask of I got respond for affodability check and told me to call hik if I don't recieve respond by the end of the day. Which I left it a little too late and need it to catch up on following day. I called him while I was drivinving and explained when I am available to discuss if additional information is need it. No responce. Next day I call to ask for additional documuments, this time Azra covered his work and told me the peoperty I applied is gone and if I want to apply for the second available on higher price. I started the whole process of applicationa and afforsability checks once again, but was suspiciouse. I also asked Azra at what point I would actually have a view on the property and she was confused and asked me did I not saw the property the day before with Martin, which I told her that I would of if I was invited, but I wasn't. She was confused looked into names and arranged views, keep trying to pronounse name sounding exact same as mine, but as you can see the spelling on my name is a little unusual, so I was even more confused and thinking kater on it was me to be arranged to see the virw but actually never been contacted and at the end she told me just to apply for this property and at the same time she will book me a view on the next day for 2pm with herself. I made space in my diary and start arranging documents again, but had the feeling I am just about to lose oppirtunity on a flat I already applird first and passee affodability but due to their incompetence and unprofessionalisum I would just be just ignored. I just start process of second affodability check as instricted by Azra. When the view email from.azra for second property arrived I was confused as the property number was completly different from my application I just made, which means I need it to start additional application, but how come if the properties was only 2?! Now they appewr to have 3, so why they are hiding what is available? Odd !!! The price was the same, but the property was different N and the time for the view also was different instead of 2pm come as 1pm. I was also unaware if the flat was same size or anything. Very very confused. The following day the affodability comes negative with very little and I need it to call to calncel the view. This time Martin pick up the phone, as Azra wasn't available. I explained the situation and express my confusion about the way they deal with views and properties. For me these are first come fist serve properties and I had been told they are only 2 left. How come from first applier and chased on Monday for documents I was even not invited on a view? After I explained that this is unfair, I done all I had been asked and that was left with impression I am in line for the first property on which this lovely man turn into an awful human screamed at me "Now you shut up and I will talk". I really did not appriciate any of this behaviour and closed the phone. I didn't want to interract with these people again, as for me this already shows completly unprofessional handaling of sales and decide will avoid working with them for the future, but just checked my email and for my surprice I found today 27th of March an email for a view on the third property for 26th at 2pm fron Azra !!! We can not book appointmets a day after to cover up our own mistakes and at the same time to let down customer and to scream at them !!! This is 2026. I am still unaware how many are the properties, who was first, who made mistakes, but the facts are clear and the way how they handle clients, let alone scream at them is unacceptable. I won't use this agency and I won't recommend to others. Shame for my time.and effort. The propery I lost due to all was nice

She has a calm and straightforward approach that really builds trust, and you always feel like you’re in good hands.

Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 2nd Dec 2023 (2 years ago)I would never recommend the estate agent to anyone.

He is very personable and professional and listens to his clients. I would recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Robert!
27th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Phil managed to sell it straight away and was super helpful throughout the whole process to completion. They are by far the best estate agent in the area, I would only recommend using them. 21st Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We recently purchased our first home through this agency, with our agent being Ben and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing—particularly on the day of key collection. As first-time buyers, my husband and I had certain expectations for such an important milestone. We had hoped to meet the agent in person at the property, especially as we had never met before. Instead, we were simply given instructions to collect the keys from a key safe near the front door. The experience felt impersonal and underwhelming for what should have been a special moment. We had to chase in the time, and had no clarity on what the day would look like. We were sitting around half the day waiting for updates. There was no walkthrough of the property, no guidance on things like meter readings, and no explanation of which keys operated which locks. To make matters worse, the agent left the group chat before we even had the chance to say thank you or ask any final questions. We had to chase on time, we were waiting around not knowing what to even do. We also ran into an issue where we were locked out of one of the doors and, with no support available, had to break the glass to get back inside. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a positive day. Overall, the experience made us feel like just another sale rather than valued clients. It was upsetting, as we had imagined the day would be handled with more care and consideration. As first-time buyers, that moment is really important, and we feel it was taken away from us.
21st Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I found communication to be inconsistent and, at times, misleading, which made it difficult to trust how matters were being handled. Transparency was lacking, and decisions didn’t always seem to prioritise landlords best interests. I would advise landlords to proceed with caution.
