21st Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)I feel compelled to leave a 5 star review for the team at Your Move, Watford. After getting three valuations, I decided to go with the agents who were honest and professional, rather than the one that overpriced the property, in order to get the seller onboard, or the other who thought he could sell,sell,sell! My gut reaction was right, they were honest, supportive, professional, communicative and spot on with everything they said and did. My sale fell through a couple of times so it was pretty stressful, but they did everything in their power to push it over the line and I am very grateful. I will recommend them to my friends and family and I will go straight to them when I sell again. Thank you for a service beyond expectations team Your Move Watford!
6th Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)Used Sunny from SH properties to sell a flat. They had 2 viewing in 6-7 weeks. In contrast I had 3 viewing in 1 week with another agent and 2 in the following. It shows you how bad their management is of the property. There was little feedback and I had go constantly chase on a weekly basis. I wouldn't get call backs. They don't advertise on Rightmove. Photographs were poor. It just wasn't very professional at all. It was not a good experience.

21st Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

I never had to follow up once and all steps followed promptly until I moved in. Avi's colleagues were super helpful too whenever Avi could not attend to me at the time. If you are looking for a letting agent who will be responsive, helpful and prompt; go to Maple Estate & Letting Agents Ltd.
13th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY BURNT DOWN THE APARTMENT, AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK UNTIL I WROTE A POSITIVE REVIEW. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS! THE LANDLORD ALSO DID REALLY SHADY STUFF. When they flooded the building after the fire and they stopped the power so no one gets electrocuted, he offered the other tenants to steal electricity from the supermarket nearby. Everyone, from the agents to the landlords they work with are frauds. The tenants told me that before I moved in, the landlord received a warning about electrical issues in the roof (which is where the fire happened) and he never fixed them. Jay, the agent was extremely unhelpful, condescending, didn't show understanding and just tried to silence me. The landlord Azis, was extremely vulgar, misogynistic and they took from my rent money in order to get me a hotel when the fire happened. Which I only found out after the bill had to be paid, because initially they told me they would cover it. But I was a student and I couldn't really stand up for myself because I had to survive. They knew that, and they took advantage of it. The least I can do is share this horrific story so other people know what they are actually dealing with.
