The team managed to keep me informed of progress and helped to speed things along at critical moments when blockages appeared. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Jay for making the entire process much easier for us. From finding the right property to guiding us through the paperwork, bills, and settling into a new environment, he supported us every step of the way. His guidance was extremely helpful and reassuring. Over the past three years, our experience with PK Properties has been excellent. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 2nd Dec 2023 (2 years ago)I would never recommend the estate agent to anyone.

I worked with Eleonora, who was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and supportive from start to finish. She really made the transition of moving, which can be quite stressful, smoother and more managable. I highly recommend Coopers, and especially Eleonora, to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agent.

And what can I say, no regrets at all. Organised the photographer and estimation and was on Rightmove within 72 hours of asking. Jed and Phil, great agents to work with. Let's be real buying and selling a house is never straightforward BUT they kept my wife and I calm throughout the process and explained things we didn't know and just made things happen. Couldn't recommend them enough.
