14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)????? I was recently travelling through Midhurst and, not knowing the area well, decided to stop by this estate agency. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge Meghan shared about the local area and the types of properties available. I’m planning to move to the area in a couple of years and will definitely be returning, hopefully Meghan will be able to help me find the perfect home. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful these days, and I didn’t get the same feeling from other agents I visited. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome! 31st Oct 2020 (5 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

23rd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had to do almost all the following up after viewing. They didn't seem to value the importance of this. The home also went back on the market a full week after it was promised, thus missing what is thought to be the busiest marketing day of the year.. Changed Agent who sold the house in a week even before it was marketed on Rightmove.
