I would not even give this estate agents a one star. Use at your peril. Without signing any documentation they deduct your card details and refuse to give you any form of refunds. Aggressive sales tactics and zero client care. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Now having to use the TPOS Ombudsman and go to trading standards. Beware
