16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

Has done all that was promised within the time advised and couldn’t be happier with the service I had from her! If all lettings managers/office were like Gorseinon it would be amazing! Thank you!
27th Sep 2023 (9 mo. ago)Their terms are very unclear and charge you regardless of whether they sell your property or not! Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)Cannot rate this team any "higher" superb from initial telephone call, home visit, pictures and on market sale. I was telephoned each day we had a viewing with any updates either positive or negative. Property was sold in one week the "for sale" sign did not even go up. My dedicated sales team Rebecca Marshall and Ian Kidd were superb cannot praise enough. Selling a home is stressful and having a team like this has been so positive.

At all stages of the repair we were grateful for the competence and thoroughness with which it was organised. Now that the repair has been successfully completed we would like to thank Mr Arigi for his support and competence throughout.
