Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

17th Dec 2024 (29 days ago)Emily was everything we needed from an estate agent and more. Her in depth knowledge of the property was impressive with back ground information that was key to our choice of purchase. We moved from Kent to Milford haven with little to no knowledge of the local area. Emily guided us for all the local amenities our family needed from colleges to employment near by. making Milford haven our perfect choice to settle. The sale was a challenging transition with the property vendor and our own sale. Emily kept every process running with good communication and keeping us up to date. Always remaining calm when ever problems arose. The greatest challenge was moving our belongings in after exchange until we could eventually move in after completion. Given the distance we had to move and small timeslot with which to move our belongings in. Emily was on hand at every step, even providing access when on her annual leave. Truly a credit to John Frances and our personal choice For if we or our friends or relatives need an estate agent.
28th Oct 2024 (11 weeks ago)Brett Property were a bit of a mix really. They overvalued the property, but there are a lot of issues in the area related to changes to council tax etc, which have flooded the market. They did a good job with advertising the property, but I note their presence on X (Twitter) has not been updated, so I assume they're only on Instagram, this was despite them saying they had a good social media presence. The video tours were a nice addition and set them apart. The email communication was very prompt and helpful, but I found the format of the emails not very user friendly, everything was an attachment and email said please see attached.
27th Nov 2024 (7 weeks ago)Not pleased how they’ve handled our interest of one of their properties . They kept coming up with reasons to not view the property. These reasons were not listed on the description posted about the property.

After being on the market with a local agent and getting pretty much nowhere in 4 months we decided to go with Fine and Country. Nigel sold our house is 4 days! Everything ran smoothly and Nigel was always at the end of a phone call if I needed him! It was a pleasure having you sell our house and I will recommend you to everyone! One of a kind!
31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
