He has been actively involved, available and knowledgeable and helped calm down our anxiety by answering questions and getting things done quickly and efficiently. Cannot be more thankful for him to make this a memorable and couldn’t be a better experience for us if it want him along with us in this journey . He went extra mile and services are very helpful. 6th May 2026 (24 days ago)MONEY HUNGRY! Leanne/Kerry only care about commissions, find a better reputable agency. Communication is extremely poor, with an unresponsive and inattentive team, and the fact that the director isn’t even based in this country seems to result in a lack of accountability.

24th Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)I chose Simple Estate Agents to sell my property (Halsway, Hayes) and had an exceptional experience. From finding buyers/offers to managing the sales process Prablin and Harkiran were great. This sale should have been straightforward, but it turned into almost a year-long process due to a previous buyer choosing to mess us around at the last minute. Through all of it, Prablin and Harkiran continued to support and the communication was constant and supportive. Even when i got frustrated with delays (not from Simple's side) both Prablin and Harkiran were patient and did their best always to get updates and chase They stepped in wherever things were stuck and did everything possible to push the deal forward. A special thanks from me to them both. It was quite a journey but they were amazing throughout. Would highly recommend Simple!

14th May 2026 (16 days ago)Very disappointing experience, what pictures they are posting on the website and on emails is no way similar at all, it’s not fare to put AI or changed pictures to manipulate to come down and waste our time. We viewed it just now and it’s all scrap,, But amazing customer service and agents were very good with dealing and responses. Very professional

There was no time wasting or hiding anything — everything about the flat was explained clearly and exactly as expected. A special thanks to Khotol, who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, responsive, and made the whole decision-making process so much easier for us. Whenever I had any doubts or questions, she informed me immediately and kept us updated at every step. And not forgetting Jason! He was also fantastic and very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend Henry Wiltshire to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy experience.

Kevin was proactive, responsive, and consistently chased every party in the chain: buyers, solicitors, and surveyors alike.
