23rd Dec 2024 (24 days ago)If you are a landlord looking for a reliable and reputable agent, PLEASE AVOID Arron James. This company is a nightmare to deal with for tenants, and will avoid putting any effort to look after those who live in properties managed by them. I had a water leak from an upstairs neighbour which ruined my kitchen with damage and stains, I chased Arron James to send a contractor to fix or even simply inspect the damage for 2 YEARS before I finally moved out. It seems the damage has been repaired for the new tenant in order to maintain the façade that their properties are up to scratch and well looked after. I'm sure the landlord didn't appreciate a wet and damaged ceiling festering in their property, and me and my health didn't either!

A proactive approach, advice and swift actions have saved me untold angst, bother and, probably, money over the years that they have been letting and managing my property.

Fantastic images for the property listing and numerous updates every week. They arranged lots of viewings really knowing their customer base. 19th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. If you’re considering renting a property they manage, be warned. They’ve taken triple rent payments by ‘mistake’ ignored my emails, and their property managers are consistently unhelpful and passive-aggressive. Save yourself the trouble and run.
23rd Apr 2024 (8 mo. ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. Thank you, Alicja, for everything you've done for me! Wish you all the best!
3rd Jan 2025 (13 days ago)The best agent I have had in 11 years. Always go above and beyond even working on holidays. Have found me the best tenants I have had moving in within a week of the property being on the market offered by the tenant without asking at a rent above the asking price. Cant speak about them highly enough.
1st Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.

He is thorough, professional and invests huge amount of time in making sure the transaction goes through trouble-free. He has created a very able team around him and together, they kept us fully informed of progress through to completion. He and his team delivered on all fronts just as we expected. 5th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Terrible Until you pay everything goes well and then it’s just a joke. Just to mention a few: - moved in a brand new building, the door lock broke once, they advised me to go to an hotel for the night while waiting for the next day. Then they refused to pay for the room they told me they will pay and stopped replying to my emails, very unprofessional - lots of things weren’t working in my flat when J moved in and they didn’t help at all. I had to deal with everything - didn’t even get a proper check out document Definitely don’t recommend it

Stirling Ackroyd informed me that they were waiting on my final bill from Vital Energi to deduct any outstanding amount. After contacting Vital myself, I discovered that Stirling Ackroyd didn’t submit the required information until the beginning of October. Although the bill was sent to the agency on October 8, Stirling Ackroyd continues to deny they’ve received it. Be cautious when dealing with this agency, as their responsiveness to emails is notably slow. I have already sent an email to customercare@lrg.ac.uk on Oct 31 and today is Nov 11 still didn’t receive a respond
