I have worked with Broads, in a business to business capacity, since they opened back in 2004. Over the years I have had the pleasure of dealing with them on almost a weekly basis and have to say that it has been an absolute pleasure. Whilst I have personally found them very professional, friendly, focussed and fair, I also again have to say that having witnessed them on many occasions, the exact same thing can be said with regards to their dealings with their own customers. Doing business with Caroline and Bernadette and getting to know them over the years has been an enjoyable experience. I have seen them when they are having 'good days' and also when they are having 'bad days', but have never seen their professionalism, friendliness or commitment falter in any way towards any customer, client or business partner. I have dealt with many businesses over the years and Broads Property Services are by far one of the best.
Very poor customer service over the phone. I've rung them 3 times about properties and they've been rude and blunt each time. We considered selling with them, but having now experienced how they treat prospective buyers I'm glad we went elsewhere. Based on the valuation they gave our flat they also over price (presumably to attract vendors to sell with them).
Had a great viewing, and would like to highlight that the individual named Emilio carried a superb work ethic. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. I feel like he should be rewarded and noticed for his performance.
Extremely dissatisfied with my service from haart, they fail to email even when they claimed they will. When they do reply it's only after you have reminded them to 3x after and no one seems to like helping here they just pass you around the offices colleagues instead of dealing with the problem themselves. Which leads to the problem being unsolved.
Please do not trust 5 star ratings. They are from those who work at the agency. I can recognise names from the tons of email addresses they gave.
I had a very good experience with Hunters, especially Tommy Anderson. He helped me every step of the way from viewing until I received the key. He was honest and straightforward and very helpful. It is not an easy process to rent properties in this country so I considered this experience fortunate because of the professional approach of Tommy. Well done Hunters! Continue treating your clients as humans first and God will take care of your business.
I tried to book a valuation through Hunters as I am buying my father & his siblings out of an inherited property so wanted to get an idea of the property value. Hunters claimed they didn't do valuations for this. I find this very surprising & I now would never use Hunters when I plan to sell the property on in a couple of years.
