8th May 2024 (8 mo. ago)No communication only 1 viewing. Rude staff. Didnt sell property withdrew and moved to another agent.

They are extremely rude on phone. 3 times I have spoken to them with 3 different staff members and each time I received very rude responses and poor customer service. As a local resident we do not expect this in our area. Please sort your act out!!

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Im a first time buyer and had bad experiences with other estate agents , Cathy and her team especially Cathy has been really very helpful .. thank you very much ;)

Very kind, patient & helpful She has regularly updated me with the progress of my sale & her advice & wisdom is second to none Overall a very positive experience I would & have recommended Richard Kendall, to other people Also sold my previous property in Ossett with Richard Kendall

22nd Sep 2024 (16 weeks ago)Avoid!!! A positive start, quickly went down hill. Seller dashboard a waste of time. No leadership or communication across the branch. Patronising office staff who really don't care about their paying clients or situations. Save yourself the time and stress go elsewhere.

21st Dec 2024 (24 days ago)Fantastic service throughout the process. Having bought and sold many properties over the years this sale was hassle free. I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on. Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!
31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Andrew & Erin went above and beyond to get the property shown to the right potential buyers with great communication maintained throughout the process. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be working with Enfields again!
