8th Feb 2025 (10 mo. ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. 22nd Nov 2025 (21 days ago)Booked a viewing for a property, they called to confirm a hour before, I told them I’ll be there and the guy said he’ll be there. Got to the property. The guy wasn’t there. Honestly what’s the point of even confirming the booking.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

9th Dec 2025 (4 days ago)Sorry hunters for this review being a bit late but we're almost settled now so here goes. If I could give more than 5 stars I definately would. They sold our house within a few days!! We tried the year before with others but after a few months we gave up. So glad we went with hunters. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Thanks to Rafique and Jack especially. They went above and beyond for us. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always greated with a smile. Any questions or worries were always sorted and reassured. I would highly recommend hunters to sell your house. We have been in our new bungalow on the east coast for just over 3 weeks now. Thank you so much for all your help.

At no point have I been felt that I needed to prompt or encourage. A rare thing in the property industry. I'd recommend anyone to use their services locally.

DPSH worked hard to remove as much of the stress as possible. Sam in particular was very helpful and also did his best to be available for to support for all viewings so she wasn't doing it by herself. Great service.
