From the get go we were mislead The valuation was very positive and a lovely person came to value the property and promised us the world What we go was zero communication Zero feed back off viewers unless I contacted them I had to contact them to ask why the 3d tour was not online after 3 months I had to contact them after the viewings to see what happened We only had two people view the property in 6 month Just seemed to have forgotten us and only wanted us to keep reducing the price well below market value Avoid if possible terrible service for my property... expensive, our restaurant was valued in 85k after full year only 2 buyers came forward and the 2nd came after we were suggested by them to reduce price to 25k. Business never sold we had to close in the end because of health reasons and not fit to work anymore and still have to pay £1500 for their bad service and threats with bailifs. I would ring to make changes to the ad and changes never happened just too bad.... Read more
