I’m currently in the process of purchasing a property through this agency, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from straightforward. Communication has been particularly disappointing. I often feel uncomfortable having to chase for updates, especially when very little information is provided proactively. On several occasions, I’ve called and spoken to Hollie, only for her to seemingly struggle to hear me before the call is disconnected. This has happened more than once and has only added to the frustration. After several weeks of negotiations and finally reaching an agreed deal, I would have expected a much smoother and more professional process. Everything seems unnecessarily slow, and I’m still unclear about where things stand with my purchase. As someone who has dealt with property transactions before, this is certainly not the level of communication or service I’m accustomed to. I genuinely hope things improve, as purchasing a property should be an exciting experience rather than one filled with uncertainty and constant chasing.... Read more
