And over time, we came to realise that our relationship with Lisa and Robert Leech was far more than just transactional.<br><br>Now, Lisa doesn't blur the lines about who she represents. She's instructed to get the best deal for her client, and rightly so. But what makes her different is that, despite us not being her client, we genuinely felt she had our best interests at heart too.<br><br>With every viewing, proposal or negotiation, Lisa wasn't just looking at the property or the numbers. She was thinking about our family. Guiding us in a way that protected us financially, supported us locally and helped us make sensible, informed decisions.<br><br>We never felt like just another couple of potential buyers.    We sold our house through Andrews Horley. Nancy, Steve and Tia organised and conducted the viewings. They always communicated with us to ensure it wasn't inconvenient. We received text messages with confirmation and reminders. They were enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole process. Nancy was very proactive with chasing the solicitors and monitoring progress of our sale. She checked regularly on our purchase to ensure everything was progressing too. She was in regular contact with our buyers to let them know what was happening. Conor in Reigate also liaised with the solicitors while Nancy was away and he helped to keep things moving towards the end when solicitors were dragging their heels.
