I had a very disappointing experience. Even though I informed them in advance that we would be delayed due to traffic, they assured us that it was fine. However, the person conducting the viewing left without waiting for us. When I called to explain, he even said he had seen the two of us rushing towards the property, yet he still chose not to wait.
