15th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)I found Brittons to be the better of the Estate Agents that we dealt with. The others we used were just number crunchers to make their figures look good on paper. Their communication from the start was far superior than all the others.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
8th Nov 2025 (26 weeks ago)No one could have worked harder to get our sale through! Steve has been exceptional in his focus and determination. Our house was for sale for 15 months and not an easy sell. Steve saw us through 3 sets of buyers (2 of whom backed out) but Steve never gave up; his humour and encouragement saved our sanity. Completely professional and a joy to work with. We couldn’t have done it without him!

The tram worked really hard and secured an offer before the property even went live. I was regularly updated on progress, Overall great experience would highly recommend.

With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.

She chased matters before anyone else, was proactive, pleasant, polite, informative, and totally professional. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. I always heard from her with updates before anyone else. Even though my purchase didn’t go through in the end, through no fault of theirs, their support and guidance were outstanding. If I were selling a property in Kings Lynn or the surrounding area, I would not hesitate to go straight to them. Their marketing is top-notch, up-to-date, and really mesmerising. She also went the extra mile in helping us find answers to all sorts of questions (even down to things like paint colours), which made a big difference. My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it.
