The Suit and Tie Cleaner or the Illegal Beggar? A short review to analyse whether the citizens who work there equivalent to the property agency standard. 1- Agents entered property several times to see tenant wearing underwears. They called me 3-4 times a day for the permission of viewing. then I fed up so respond to next week. So they innocently brought clients to view flat, opened the door with spared keys without knocking the door. after opening the door saw me half naked, they stood there as if they did not know it was illegal entry. (they looked at me and I looked at them.) They would use begging technique (each illegal entry over 5 times) as what homeless people normally do, illegally beg you that 'we are here now, just let us in, would not take too long to view the property' the only different is homeless beg for money for food to survive (though illegal anyway), they beg for money for personal gain with suits and ties for further illegal actions. 2 - Check out document as a file for crime scene (fictional? or real crime?) After the check out date stated the tenancy, they sat in front of the computer in the office as usual, patiently waited for 3 weeks to 'enable' natural dust to fulfill the property (while next door was deconstructing the whole building at New Market Street ). Therefore, they succeed in ABUSING deposit based on the dust. They also 'proved' that the man-made hand-print on the mirror, the one fingernail on the floor was part of the procedure to ABUSE how they cleaned the mess. The agents there are merely the cleaners who wear suit and tie to leave trash (i.e the black dusty object round the corner) then cleaned the (re-organised) 'crime scene' before crime investigation by officials. 3. Back in Ancient period to wash clothes at riverside since they notified that I was moving out, they decided to let the broken washing machine stay broken for 4 weeks time until the check out date, while charged for not cleaning the broken washing machine at the check out document. They 'blamed' the landlord did not give them authorization to replace a new washing machine. Perhaps they might have the new fund from the abusive deposit to purchase a new machine now (hopefully). 4. The response from other feedback over Countrywide from this Agency is the imitation to conceal their unproficiency ? I have contacted all relevant agents on phone (including the fingernail and finger print issue at the 'crime scene'). they (team leader, manager, staff, no one unfortunately) never advised you to resolve the issue with Countrywide unless you comment on here (suggested) or realised yourself about this organisation for Bridgfords. I sent emails to countrywide about the deposit myself as well as their broken facilities. The countrywide agent stopped emailing me after compensated me £75 over their harassment of phone calls and illegal entry. perhaps that agent found it would be a matter of 'crime' now beyond their capability to resolve the dispute. (if you are reading this as the Agent from this branch, it is okay you don't have to comment on here as it is the done deal since last year.) To conclude, they might have some sort of personal miserable life that we cannot clarify since, their actions were beyond absurd for laughter to previous their behaviours as a joke about Bridgford Agency Newcastle. We are looking forward to read the Bridgfords Agency rule of law that overpowers the state legislation. The nation shall concerns over how many people like them are working with formal clothes as mere ignorances of law. Ps. hope the cleaning bill they sent to me is legitimate. Updated after investigation Following this complaint an investigation was carried out which boils down to we failed to provide satisfactory service. But our branch manager says you were told about all the issues and I wasn't there to confirm. Why are you providing incorrect inventories to new tenants if issues such as the fridge freezer were resolved? Still could not recommend this agency as now it seems their staff are willing to lie and their word is worth more than a customer and the inventory provided. === We had to make a large number of additions to the inventory when we moved in. Inventory noted things like fridge/freezer and dishwasher not working and that they should not be used until repaired. The agency are unable to tell us if they had been repaired so we were left without for weeks. The garage fob we are provided with had not been checked. It didn't work and were also not provided with the garage door code which could be used if fob was not working. We couldn't use our allocated space and had to pay for parking instead while we moved in. There is heavy damage to a number of fittings which we have reported through their Web portal. But the procedure is very slow and updates are rare. Some issues still outstanding and without any recognition after 2 months. Ended up repairing a hole in the wall ourselves instead of waiting. Apartment walls are very dirty and we are still waiting to find out if these can be repainted or even if we can do them ourselves. Blinds also broken with no feedback. Apparently if you ignore your customers long enough they might forget or do it themselves. I wouldn't recommend Bridgford if you need anything resolved in your let.
