Market conditions at the time were not idea but we always felt reassured that we were in the right hands and that our goal would be achieved. The sale price achieved was excellent and worth the wait for the right buyer to come along. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Knight Frank Bath office to family and friends.

Great value for money as the percentage fee was more than competitive. The ladies in the office were always friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The sales progression was a smooth process and I was kept up to date every step of the way.
