Very difficult to even arrange a viewing with let alone the agent who dose the viewing for you actually seeming interested. How they manage to rent properties out to anyone is beyond me. Rude staff and don't bother to respond to emails either

This was my first time experience with buying a house at auction. I have spent half my life at auctions buying everything from cars to stamps but buying a house using this method was very different. Owen Setter was our guide and mentor during this process and he did a splendid job answering all our (often stupid) questions with confidence and from a strong knowledge base. We made an appointment via the TAUNTON office to view an advertised property seen on the Internet. We explained we were very interested and travelling by train from Hertfordshire via London - they made and confirmed an appointment to view the Milverton Somerset property to co-incide with the arrival of our train at Taunton where we had arranged to be collected and taken to view the property. Then they cancelled our appointment out of hand even when we explained our tickets had already been purchased for the following day. When we enquired why we could not still view the properrty as we would be there anyway we were informed that the Manager refused to budge. What kind of code of practise have this company got - non ethical and unbusinesslike attitude from a pompous uncaring Manager. We are considering our legal options on this one.

Aweful, 3 Lyster Gardens was a total death trap with water running down the walls, grime and mould everywhere. The agency ignored my requests to fix the water leak, leaving me to live in the exact conditions that cause deadly Pneumonia, i.e. cold and damp. Now they are trying to use old photos to have me pay for clearing the garden. A total farce from beginning to end.
