Great service with care for detail, openness with both buyer and seller, and real expertise for knowing the market and keeping everyone calm. In my mind the only choice if you are buying or selling in Ilminster.

Absolutely fabulous Team in Ilminster. Tarr are a breath of fresh air when it comes to Estate Agents. We sold our house with them, in fact we left another agent to join Tarr. From the moment you step in the office, you feel at ease and taken care of. Tarr know how personal selling/buying/renting is and they pay attention to every detail. Bothering to get to know their client on a personal level and provided service as required by each individual. Fabulous and consistent communication throughout. Proactive from start to finish. Always worth talking to them even if just for advice, but they really do go the extra mile and think outside the box to make sure they deliver on everything you need. Can’t thank or recommend this team enough

We moved from Windsor and had very limited knowledge of the area, Sarah & Isobel were a breath of fresh air after visiting many, many houses with other estate agents! Both were incredibly helpful, friendly and gave so many local recommendations for all our needs settling in. By far the best estate agents in the area! They secured us our dream home and did everything in their power to make the process as simple and as straightforward as possible. My experience with Sarah was absolutely first class, with her not only chasing through my sale, liaising with both my solicitor and my buyer’s solicitor, but she was also working with the estate agent and solicitor for the property I was purchasing, to provide continuity and make the whole experience of selling and buying as easy for me as possible.

This is our second sale through Tarr residential and both have been smooth and pleasant experiences. Nothing was too much trouble and Sarah kept us regularly informed of the state of play and was very proactive with the other parties in the chain to move things along. Jamie as always was honest and upfront with the sale prospects and nothing was too much trouble.
