We have been searching for a 'lock up and leave' and Mairi (in particular) at Morgans has been very proactive in supplying appropriate property details promptly. Our search is now at and end, but Morgans evidenced a clear determination to match sellers with potential purchasers such as us.

I am unhappy to give them one star. Rental flat, when it was viewed by a friend (I was hundreds of miles away for work) a couple of months before I was due to move in, the shower was totally mouldy, tray and panels, and very discoloured. Also flat in need of a really good cleaning. Was assured this would be done. Went in last Friday, paid a months rent and deposit, in cash as apparently they don't take cards or cheques (and now I know why). Signed the contract. Then to be told there is a problem with the shower. On entry the flat stank of smoke and dirt. Have spent the last three days scrubbing everything as is beyond filthy. Floors black with ground in dirt, hand marks on all drawers, pet hair, etc. Have not unpacked any clothes as don't want them picking up this smell. Morgans offered to send cleaners, but what is the point? As apparently it was cleaned. And the shower can't be done as plumber on holiday. What an ethical way to do business.
