Simon Blyth really is a case study in how Estate Agency should be done, everything in our experience was delivered courteously and efficiently during our recent sale through the Kirkburton office and purchase through Penistone, so I can vouch for how great at least two offices are!
Grace Wharton was exceptional in dealing with all matters from the original listing process, viewings and then the more taxing aspects of managing the chain for contract exchange and completion. This is what separates a good agent from an exceptional one and Grace certainly earned her stripes with the heavy lifting that was unfortunately much needed with these aspects.
I have to mention as well that the professional photography was worth every penny and the quality of the images really showed the property at its best, which I am sure contributed to the massive number of views on Rightmove, the long list of viewings booked for the Bank Holiday weekend as it went live, and ultimately the second viewers offering the asking price. BE CAREFUL IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES PAISLEY PROPERTIES - They posted a photo of our vehicle with the registration clearly visible, it appeared on the listing for a neighbouring property. It was published on their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, not visible from the roadside and accessed via a privately owned driveway. The photo featured along with our complete address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing and their response was that they would not communicate with us about this issue.No acknowledgment of their error, no explanation as to how it had occurred and no apology. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and this was the business owner.... Read more
