Each year since on this date Hawksman send us a card and a bottle of Bollinger ! We received an absolutely amazing service on both this purchase and the sale of our previous home. 26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Sold the house eventually but didn't seem to be very proactive at the start of the process. We wrote our own blurb, we retook some of the photos so they were on a sunny day. It felt as though they were hoping the house would sell itself rather than hyping it up and having an open day with lots of viewings on 1 day. This then meant that the only way to renew interest was to drop the price several times. They however really worked hard for us when our buyer threatened to pull out.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

23rd Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I would highly recommend Ralph James. We ended up using this estate agent after trying unsuccessfully to sell our house for two years with another estate agent. Kelly sold our house quickly and both Kelly and Tom helped us purchase a new house. It felt like more than just a business transaction with Kelly and Tom, it was a personal service and they both genuinely seemed to care. I could not recommend this company enough.
