Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !... Read more

Terrible service over the phone. Just trying to book a viewing and apparently the office is closed (on the website it says its open from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays) I've sent an email yesterday (no reply) and called this morning at 9.30am and twice before 4pm. Terrible service... Read more

Fantastic Service! I had a tenant who complained about damp. She kept bothering me with demands to get it fixed. She even had the temerity to complain that it was exascerbating her asthma or some such nonsense. Not only did Winkworth help me get her evicted, they did it just before Christmas. Great experience: friendly, customer centric, professional, responsive, supportive, available... If I was able, I would rate above 5 star. Thank you ! Winkworth saved our life. Further to the previous landlady decision to sell the property, we had to move out 4 months after we moved in. Despite our clear statement to both the previous letting agent and previous landlady, before signing the tenancy agreement, we have been asked to move out. Disappointed by the awful experience with the previous letting agency, and unfair behaviour from the previous landlady, we were under stress to find a new place and prepare the move. Winkworth helped us, was very supportive, and sorted out all administration and process quickly to make the move easy and smooth to our new move. Many small things that make the experience great and overcome this challenge. Definitely recommend them!... Read more
