Wonderfully Kind, thoughtful, efficient , considerate and simply a great team of people! If I could give 11 stars I would! I recently had the best experience with the William h Brown team in Harlow especially Amber, Chloe, Holly and James! They really took the time to understand what I needed and went above to help me ensure I got the perfect place for me. I can’t have asked for a more well rounded group of people. From the very first phone call with Holly and Chloe (full of warmth, care and really hearing me as a client and as person) too meeting Amber (who is just the best, full of kindness but also just knowing her stuff! As well as being attentive/understanding of what a client truly needs to be happy in a property)- to asking James some more questions about bits and bobs; honestly the whole experience was truly how it should be pleasant, simple, clean and reassuring when needed! They take the time and put in the energy and care to make you feel seen and heard for exactly what you’re looking for!
