I invited three agents to value my property , the first told me I had no chance of obtaining my objective but then Oliver arrived with evidence I could easily reach my price and within two days I had a buyer. The process from then on was handled with such professionalism and care from all the team throughoutthe process.

There were a few hiccups with communication and we had conversations on how to improve. In the end, we decided it would be best to show the property ourselves as the agents had questions which they should’ve known the answers to when showing (e.g., where the parking spot it).

The agent kept me up to date with how the house was looking in a difficult and challenging time due to interest rates rising and house prices falling. There could have been a little more feedback immediately after viewings but overall a good experience.
