Absolutely delighted with Hunters Hereford. Knowledgable, helpful and high quality people providing A+ service at a competitive rate.
I am posting this on behalf of my parents Jim and Kay Jamieson of Hereford:
"We have known Alison Fuller of Hunters (formerly Humberts) for over eleven years – she has just sold a second house for us. This is our 9th house in fifty two years of marriage and the first time we have used an Agent for a second time. This is must be unusual in today’s hyper competitive market but loyalty and concern for the client’s needs and welfare deserves the reward of repeat business.
One outstanding person does not compensate for an indifferent or inefficient office but, as in other walks of life, so often we see an excellent team emerging with best practise spread by example.
We are now buying possibly the last property we will ever purchase but hope when the time comes for it to be sold Hunters of Hereford will still be polishing it’s reputation for excellent service. I do not believe that clients of the many Internet Agencies now advertising so aggressively will get the standard of service we have received in two difficult sales."
My Gran's house had been on the market with other Estate Agents for a long time with limited success. Within 8 weeks of advertising her house with James Dean we had lots of offers and the house was sold this week. Very helpful, very professional and highly recommended. Thank you!!
Unfortunately has the local monopoly on renting. Awkward to deal with, rarely responds in a timely manner to problems in the properties. It will never be their fault either. It'll be your phone, the builder, the landlord, no one takes responsibility for their mistakes.
Getting help is like nailing jelly to a wall if you're a tenant. Avoid where possible.
Tenants best avoid..... trying to get our deposit back after paying £57000 in rent with no EPC or gas safety certificates...... then told on phone after 8 emails... yes you can have your deposit back only if you put in writing you will not contact trading standards or pursue the landlord........... well guess what
Avoid at all costs as a seller. Poor communication, promises made and then denied. Have to show viewers round yourself. Have to chase up feedback yourself. Precious little effort to market your house, relying on Rightmove to generate interest. All in all a terrible level of service, AND we have heard similar accounts from OTHER sellers in the area. Would give positive feedback if it was warranted and in this case 0 stars if it was possible.
They gave the keys to the then prospective buyer to go to the property unaccompanied. When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.
