Promised regular updates from dedicated person but had 4 calls in 6 months from a different person each time! When i got so frustrated with there lack of interest i decided to cancel i emailed them and the only response i got was “there is a button on your account to cancel your listing” No Customer service and no care at all. 6 months wasted and i would never use again and will now go with a traditional estate agent....
